is it worth it?

Yes. We saw coos driving through Scotland, but never had an opportunity to interact with them. We couldn’t leave Scotland without a coo encounter! We booked a 45 minute Loch Ness Hub & Travel Highland Coo Tour. There was plenty of parking at the Loch Ness Hub. We were picked up in front of the giftshop and driven to a nearby working croft by the owner himself.

The croft had breathtaking, panoramic views of Urquhart Castle and Loch Ness. We bottle fed orphaned lambs, hand fed Highland coos, and learned about life at the croft. Baby wipes were available and much needed to clean off the coo drool. We never felt rushed and all of our questions were answered. It was a lot of fun for all ages.
